A 45' residential mooring for sale on one of the most scenic stretches of the tidal Thames in West London.

The mooring offers unprecedented and uninterrupted views of the Thames - looking downstream towards Syon Park and up river to Richmond Half Lock. The mooring is aways in water and at low tide has at least 4' of water.

The marina is a private company wholly-owned by the boat owners. The purchase of the mooring provides shares in the company. The current share holding provided the rights to moor a 45' (length) boat. The company would need to approve any boat coming onto the mooring and on this pontoon the boat needs to be a 'going' boat. Each mooring has electricity, water and telephone services.

The marina has great access by water, road and rail. It is just off the M3, not far from the A4 Great West Road leading into London or out to Heathrow and the M4. It's on good bus routes and within walking distance to St Margarets Main Line to Waterloo. A slightly longer walk will take you into Richmond town centre and the station with the District Line and as well as the Main Line services into Waterloo.
