Sheltered annual and seasonal swinging moorings available on the River Crouch in Essex with excellent road and rail links to central London. Annual moorings include storage ashore during the winter, the only additional cost being for your haul out & eventual launch. Annual mooring agreements can start from the 1st of any month throughout the year, seasonal moorings run from 1st April - 31st October (7 months - summer mooring) & 1st November - 31st March (5 months - winter mooring). We have a minimum charging length of 8m for all swinging moorings, current rates are £112inc vat per metre for annual swinging moorings, £13inc vat per metre / per month for summer seasonal swinging mooring and £12inc vat per metre / per month for winter seasonal swinging mooring. We also offer annual and seasonal mud berths - annual mud berths are £90inc vat per metre (minimum LOA for mud berthing is 15 metres). We have a free ferry service on weekends during the summer season for all annual and seasonal mooring holders. Also available: Valet Berthing (we collect your boat from its swinging mooring and place it alongside our pontoon ready for you, simply moor up on the same pontoon on your return and we will safely return it to its swinging mooring), Launch & Recovery service (for trailer sailors & sports boats - we launch & recovery your boat with our tractor using your trailer) and Dutch Berthing (if your only able to use your boat a few time each year, keep it safely ashore until you want it - let us know when and we will have it in the water on berth ready for you.
