HEATED DOCK
Wet Dock available in the Heart of England on the Grand Union Canal. Weltonfields covered heated wet dock is a purpose built structure that houses one narrowboat at a time. The Dock is situated just 10mins above Buckby Locks, Northamptonshire and is an addition to Weltonfields extensive boatyard services. Slip pressure wash and blacking available here at Weltonfield, Anodes are fitted if required (at extra cost). Blacking prices from £15 per foot inc VAT.
The boats are pressure washed with a 3000psi washer which removes all the loose paint. We black the boats with a branded blacking product up to the rubbing strake on the hull. If the gunwhales & tunnel bands need painting this is charged separately.... read more
